Product Features:
1. The machine incorporates an advanced CNC control system and a touchscreen Human–Machine Interface (HMI), enabling convenient entry of processing parameters, real-time process supervision, and continuous tracking of equipment status. 2. The equipment utilizes ultrasonic-frequency induction heating technology to achieve rapid heating, efficient energy utilization, and environmentally conscious operation. 3. Engineered as an integrated multifunctional forming solution, the machine combines several forming operations within one system without the need for additional tooling or dedicated forming dies. This design simplifies setup and changeover, reduces tooling costs, and provides greater adaptability to varied production demands.
4. Through the integration of CNC positioning and precision motion-control technologies, the machine accurately regulates bending angles and forming dimensions. It delivers consistent product quality, repeatable forming results, high dimensional precision, and improved production efficiency.
5. The machine features a separate hydraulic power unit and an integrated electrical control system, supporting stable operation, improved workplace safety, simplified maintenance, and reliable performance during continuous heavy-duty industrial applications.
6. The cold-forming function can process angle steel profiles up to L100 × L100 × 10 mm, with a maximum bending angle of 5°. This capability supports controlled material deformation, precise dimensional results, and uniform forming quality.
7. Under normal operating conditions, the cold-forming cycle takes approximately 10 seconds per workpiece, whereas thermal forming generally requires around 120 seconds, depending on the material properties and workpiece dimensions. Hot forming begins when the material reaches approximately 800°C and exhibits a red-hot appearance. Heating parameters are adjusted automatically according to the material characteristics and specified bending requirements.
8. During thermal forming, the operator simply enters the necessary processing parameters and activates the automatic cycle through the start button or foot switch. The machine then completes the entire forming sequence automatically, including induction heater positioning, controlled heating, automatic retraction of the heating unit, hydraulic forming, ram return, and discharge of the finished workpiece.
9. In the combined hot- and cold-forming operating mode, the production cycle can commence once the required processing parameters have been entered. The hydraulic ram remains in its forming position, while the lower forming die automatically moves upward by approximately 100 mm, creating sufficient clearance for the rapid removal of the completed workpiece. This optimized sequence reduces processing time and substantially improves overall production efficiency.
The demonstration workpieces are produced using the *CNC Angle Steel Punching, Marking, and Cutting Production Line*, following standard specifications and established manufacturing practices commonly adopted in the transmission tower industry. These representative samples allow customers, engineers, and quality control personnel to assess machining accuracy, dimensional consistency, surface quality, and overall processing results.
