1. The CNC beam drilling machine features a computer-controlled workpiece clamping and feeding carriage, enabling rapid material movement, precise positioning, and consistent feeding stability throughout the machining cycle.
2. The machine is fitted with three high-speed BT40 spindle units that can process three surfaces of H-beam sections simultaneously. When carbide cutting tools are used, spindle speeds can reach up to 3,000 rpm, delivering high machining productivity, accurate hole positioning, and superior hole quality. Machining chips are automatically gathered and transported by the integrated chain-type chip conveyor, helping maintain a clean, organized, and productive working environment.
3. The CNC beam drilling system features an advanced mist-cooling arrangement with both internal and external coolant delivery. Each drilling spindle is equipped with an external coolant nozzle and an internal coolant connection, allowing the selection of internal cooling, external cooling, or a combination of both according to the tooling configuration and machining requirements.
